HastaMuerte $100 Gift Card Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by HastaMuerte ("Sponsor").

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on April 21, 2026 at 1:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on April 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of eligible jurisdictions who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, entrants must comment on Sponsor’s designated Instagram giveaway post with three (3) words describing HastaMuerte.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Use of multiple accounts, bots, automated entries, or fraudulent methods may result in disqualification.

5. Judging / Winner Selection

This is a skill-based contest. One (1) winner will be selected by Sponsor based on creativity, originality, and brand relevance of the submitted comment. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one $100 HastaMuerte gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100 USD. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Notification

Winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or comment reply on April 22, 2026 after 10:00 AM Pacific Time. Winner must respond within 48 hours or Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Rights in Entries

By entering, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, publish, display, and use the submitted comment for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.

9. Conduct / Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, uses fake accounts, tampers with the promotion, or posts unlawful, abusive, or offensive content.

10. Release / Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance/use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

12. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

14. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsor is organized and operates.
